" Potatoes 1 pao boiled and mashed
" Dhania 1/2 tsp
" Salt 1 tsp
" Curry pata chopped
" All spice 1/2 tsp
" Black pepper 1 tsp
" Oil 2 tbsp
" Coriander leaves chopped
" Ginger / garlic 1 tsp
" Egg 1
" Bhuna zeera 1/2 tsp
" Bread crumbs
" Rai 1/2 tsp
" Green chilly 6 grinded
--Directions--
Boil
and mash potatoes. Mix everything well, do baghar
of rai and curry patta. Make kabab shape. Dip
in egg then roll in bread crumbs and shallow
fry.
